Young Mansion Provides:
Exclusive use of The Young Mansion (excluding upstairs bedrooms/bathrooms) for cocktails and reception for 5 hours.
2 hours for catering set up and 2 hour for clean up.
Shuttle service provided to parking location
Use of the property for photography

Tenting
If needed a $2,200 mandatory tenting fee will apply. (White Tent Only)
Noise
No loud music/noise after 10pm.
Taxes
7% tax rate applies
Renter’s Insurance
A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required from the renter for all rentals.
To Reserve Dates
Rate + taxes + cleaning fee + deposit with 50% due at the time of booking with the balance due 30 days before the event.

Deposit
A $2,500 Refundable Security Deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit will be fully refunded if
all Young Mansion Rules & Regulations are adhered to satisfactorily and no damage has occurred.
